4.Booking and Payment

Appointments can be booked over the phone or through email. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon with the counsellor.

5.Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled without at least 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
