I am a professional, fully trained, qualified, and experienced psychotherapist who offers therapy sessions to adults and adolescents (aged 12+). Following an initial assessment appointment (that for adolescents, includes at least one parent), I will work with a client for a total of six sessions before review. My client centred approach means the therapy type chosen will fit client needs. I am trained in CBT and Person centred approaches, however I integrate other therapies to suit the presenting issues.

My experience includes working with issues such as anxiety, depression, loss, and bereavement as well as suicide ideation and self-harm. My years of past experience working at Pieta allows me to extend support to family members. I offer safe, confidential, and compassionate care in my sessions enabling clients to explore their key personal development issues, to heal and re-build self-esteem. I am an advocate for self-care as a healing practice.

I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP). I am trained and available to work face to face, by video or telephone.
