I am an accredited counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), and a registered therapist with Laya Healthcare, VHI, and Irish Life. I have over 15 years’ experience in counselling and psychotherapy, working with individual adults and couples.

Many of the people who come to me are going through something they can no longer manage alone – a relationship that feels like it’s falling apart, a pattern they keep repeating, a sense of disconnection from themselves or the people closest to them. Some are dealing with a specific crisis: a betrayal, a separation, a loss of direction. Others have a quieter feeling that something important has gone missing from their lives, and they’re ready to look at what that might be.

Philosopher Martin Buber suggested that the deepest crisis of our time is not a lack of meaning, but the loss of genuine encounter – those moments when we meet another person, or life itself, as a living presence rather than something to manage or fix. Much of modern life pulls us away from that kind of honesty and presence. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing and meaning begin to return the moment we dare to turn back toward real connection.

Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

In individual work, I support people navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, life transitions, grief, burnout, workplace issues, and relationship difficulties. Whether you are trying to understand a recurring pattern, process something painful, or simply want to live with more clarity and intention, therapy offers a place to slow down and look honestly at what is happening in your life.

Couples Therapy & Marriage Counselling

As a couples therapist I have a particular passion for supporting couples who feel disconnected, unbalanced, or stuck in painful patterns. Together, we work through challenges such as communication breakdowns, conflict and repair, trust and commitment difficulties, jealousy, financial stress, separation, and infidelity, creating space for deeper understanding, renewed connection, and more authentic ways of being together.

My Approach

My style is warm, relaxed, authentic, and practical. I don’t believe therapy needs to be distant or overly clinical. I work as a real person alongside you, with honesty and care. If you are willing to genuinely look at yourself and your relationships, I would be glad to work with you.

Practical Information

I offer sessions in-person at Blanchardstown Therapy Centre, Dublin 15. Please note, I do not offer online sessions.
Sessions are 50-60 minutes. I am registered with Laya Healthcare, VHI, and Irish Life, so your sessions may be covered or partially covered under your plan.
