About Marco Nesler
I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Having practised counselling and psychotherapy for over 12 years, I work with individual adults and couples who are seeking to create changes in their relationships (personal, family or at work).
May it be emotional pain, or the symptoms of anxiety and depression, in this day and age we may face situations that push us close to our emotional limits. If you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed, talking it all through in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential setting may be the way forward for you.
I can help you to look into the feelings, experiences and actions of your present and past, in order to better understand the cause(s) of your difficulties. I will also give you the tools you need to build resilience and improve your coping skills.
Besides working with individuals, as a couples therapist and marriage counsellor I am passionate about helping couples who are having unbalanced or disconnected relationships. Together we can address relationship challenges such as poor communication and listening skills, conflict resolution, trust and commitments issues, jealousy, finances, separation and infidelity.
My style is warm, relaxed, authentic, and practical. I would be happy to welcome any clients that want to genuinely work on themselves and take a deeper look into their lives and relationships.
