I am a fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapist accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer therapeutic support to clients who may be struggling with a variety of issues and challenges. My person centred approach ensures the chosen therapeutic model fits the individual needs of each client. I believe the client-therapist relationship is central to the therapeutic process and it is through this connection that change and healing can occur.

I endeavour to provide a warm, safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to support my clients on their therapeutic journey.

I am available for Face to Face Therapy, Video Therapy and Phone Therapy.
