I currently work as an onsite Consultant and am on the panel for CLC leadership Consultancy UK. I teach Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and Group Process and am growing my Raidshe Life Leadership Training business in Ireland, reaching out to all levels of leadership in a diversity of sectors.

My career paths to date and in specific my training and experience in the field of Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and 5DL Leadership Coaching offers a particular expertise to the person seeking support. They are empowered to engage with their presenting issue e.g. anxiety, relationship breakdown and depression in the context of a call to a deeper sense of connection to their meaning, purpose and place of value in their relationships and working environment. I help leaders set and execute goals around harboring self-limiting mindsets and self-depleting self-expectations. Also, to identify how disruption and change in their organization impacts them personally, and to situate themselves with an effective productivity in relation to the systems forces that are in operation in the crisis.
