I am fully qualified ITEC Reflexologist. I began my journey in the field of complementary therapies in 2014. I completed my training in Cranio-Sacral Reflexology (CSR) in 2016 and 2017 while studying with the late Dr Martine Faure-Alderson. I have also completed 200hr Yoga teacher training and I am currently studying Meditation Teacher training.

Due to my own life experiences, I am passionate about self-care, maintaining the body and mind. My aim as a therapist is to hold space and support my clients as they begin their healing journey or as they seek to maintain the balance and harmony they have already achieved. I specialise in women’s health and wellbeing. Cranio-Sacral Reflexology can help to reduce symptoms of anxiety and restore vital energy. I enjoy working with women, giving them support while they work towards improving their health and wellbeing
