Sports Massage is a targeted massage that focuses on specific areas of the body. Sports Massage is best suited to an athlete or someone who engages in regular physical activity but can benefit anyone in chronic pain. Sports Massage can be used in Pre and Post event management and can help condition the body and aid in recovery. Holistic Massage is a gentler form of massage and is mainly used to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension.
