In 2007 I trained under Bernadette Dolan and completed my Reiki trainings, level 1, 2 and teacher level. In 2016 I studied with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland where I graduated with a first-class honours Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), studying with prominent Chinese doctors Professor Jin Hui De, Dr Jidong Wu and Dr Meng Fanyi as well as fertility expert Debra Betts. I am also a 200hr Yoga and Meditation teacher and run wellness retreat days and residential weekends.

Because of my own background and experiences, I have a passion for working with women at whatever stage of their fertility journey they are on, as well as nurturing and caring for newborn mums (and dads!). My philosophy is simple, change begets change. If you can affect a change in your health with natural medicine, you can change the way you feel, the pattern of your thinking, everything. Acupuncture and Reiki work to truly treat the person on all levels of their self and recognises that, particularly in today’s hectic Western society, physical health problems are very often as much a result of emotional and spiritual distress as they are of any physical issues. Natural medicine move us internally, bringing us toward healing ourselves.

I love my work. I meet amazing people and learn so much about health and life every day. I can’t imagine a more rewarding career.
