About Susan Martin
Everyone is unique and so are the challenges that we encounter. My person-centred approach to the therapeutic relationship has been formed with this in mind. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space so you can voice and explore the issues that are impacting you.
Through the use of talk therapy, psychoeducation, grounding techniques, and breath work I hope to explore how the issues are impacting you and how we can work through them together. I work with individuals over the age of 18 and I am available for in-person or online sessions.
